No, they’re the old V2 addresses from Tor. They were found to be insecure so the Tor Foundation made a switch to the V3 adresses. You can tell the difference between the two pretty easily – the V2 has 16 Characters while the v3 links have 56 characters.
And site that has/had a V2 address has had plenty of time and notice to migrate right now. So any v2 services still out there can be considered dead
